TRAVEL INFORMATION

The most convenient way to reach Salvador is to arrive at São Paulo airport (Guarulhos International Airport, GRU).

From Europe: Flight time from Europe to São Paulo is just over eleven hours, depending on your starting point. Most flights leave from Europe in the evening and arrive in São Paulo early in the morning. On the return leg, they leave late afternoon or early evening to get to Europe the following day around lunchtime or earlier.

Air France, Alitalia, British Airways, Iberia, KLM, Lufthansa, Swiss, TAM, and TAP run regular services between Europe and São Paulo. This means that travelers can choose several different airlines linking the two continents daily.

From the US: Flights by American Airlines, Continental, Delta, United, and the Brazilian flag carrier TAM link the US with Brazil. Flight time is 8.5 hours from Miami to São Paulo, just over 9 hours from New York, 11 hours from Atlanta, 13 hours from Los Angeles, and 16 hours from San Francisco. The vast majority of flights between North America and Brazil are overnight flights that arrive in Brazil in the early morning.

From Central and South America: Flights from all the South American capitals are available to Sao Paulo. From Central America, the most comfortable way to get to São Paulo is via the city of Panama.

CONFERENCE VENUE

The conference will be held at the Centro de Convenções de Salvador, a space designed to provide a unique experience. With bold and welcoming architecture, CCS has an excellent location and offers flexibility with modular spaces. 

With the sea of Bahia as a backdrop, CCS offers different types of spaces that adapt to the needs of each event. Multiple rooms, outdoor areas, and also smaller spaces for corporate and social meetings.

CCS has also been praised for its location, allowing guests to have quick access to many of the most visited spots in Salvador city. Within a few minutes drive, you can find yourself sitting by the beach at Barra, Ondina, Piatã, Itapuã, and Flamengo, among others. Dining can be enjoyed with a variety of choices from the local cuisine in the Rio Vermelho neighborhood. Pelourinho and Bonfim may also be easily reached.
